IGNITE
In our IGNITE segment you will find our selection of new business ventures. Great ideas aspiring to become established profitable companies – the next big thing! For companies in IGNITE the Club provides a multitude of services to help these companies launch and begin their journey. In some instances, the Club will also provide minor seed funding. Companies entering Ignite are their primarily to access our network of business advisers and of course the incredible opportunity to engage with our members in return for equity.
ENGAGE
ENGAGE is our segment for “Crowd-funding” which we like to call “Social Funding” and the natural next step for companies graduating from IGNITE. Companies in this segment have come to a stage in their lifecycle where capital injections are needed to fuel further growth. Via our platform we provide a stage for companies to seek social funding directly from members. We also have a network of co-investors outside the Club to whom we present these opportunities
Engage is also available for new companies and non-paying members. As a Club we will occasionally invest in these offers.
PRIME
In PRIME you will find more established Companies who can demonstrate clear strategies for growth and routes to market. Some are already revenue generating and the game is more about acceleration than stability. For companies in PRIME the Club provides services as well as targeted funding against clearly stated and agreed objectives. The Club also has a network of co-investors that will be shown investment opportunities in Prime.
PRE-IPO
PRE-IPO is for Companies that have actually committed to and commenced the legal and accounting work necessary to list a Company on a stock exchange. These Companies are expected to list within 3 months of entering this market segment. The Club provides management services and funding to Pre-IPO Companies to ensure a successful listing.
LISTED GALLERY
The Listed Gallery is where we publish the Companies we have been involved in who have successfully listed on a public stock exchange and where we continue to monitor them and provide ongoing support and services. The Club will continue to support these companies with management services and in finding additional funding when needed. For Members who owns shares in these companies and wish to trade we will provide a Stock Trading Tool to facilitate sell and buy orders through the Clubs stock brokers.
